[Senmoney=Philip Cho] On the 18th, it was announced that South Korean company ABio materials and China's Mannay Cosmetics had conducted a strategic partnership agreement. The agreement ceremony took place on the 7th at the Huizhou Mannay Biotechnology Industrial Park on Guangdong Province, China.

Through this strategic partnership, both companies aim to collaborate in various areas, including joint development of exosome-based beauty materials using mutual R&D technologies, strategic exclusive contract manufacturing utilizing production technologies, and acting as the authorized distributor for hospital and aesthetic products within China. The partnership aims to establish a comprehensive and in-depth cooperation that allows for mutually complementary roles by sharing human and material resources.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from Abio Materials, including CEO Si Jun Park, Vice President Hyunsang Lee, and China Branch Manager Tae-hwan Kim. From Mannay Cosmetics, Chairman Yim Fong Cheung, Executive Director Waiho Cheung, Supervisor Yi Chai, and Vice President Jun Wei Xiong were present. The significance of this partnership ceremony was further emphasized by the participation of professors from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Sun Yat-sen University of Technology, and local government officials.
